Challenge:
Some of the community’s sidewalks, playgrounds, and signs were vandalized with graffiti.
Resolution:
Associa Community Association Services of Indiana’s maintenance team made multiple trips to the property and used several methods to clean the graffiti. One sign on the property did have to be replaced, but the team was able to clean most of the graffiti without replacing sections of the sidewalk. The association credits the community manager, their board, and Associa Community Association Services of Indiana for resolving the issue quickly.
