Associa Community Association Services of Indiana Helps Repair Aging Playground Equipment

This 383-unit single-family HOA community is located in Fishers, Indiana.

Challenge:

The community’s playground equipment was aging and created potential safety issues for kids.

Resolution:

Associa Community Association Services of Indiana acquired bids for specific equipment to be replaced. The team worked with the board of directors to ensure the replacements made sense for the community and fit into the budget. Soon enough, the merry-go-round was removed and replaced with two new ones, one for elementary school-aged children and another for toddlers and pre-K-aged kids.

With these repairs, Associa Community Association Services of Indiana helped board members put an end to any possible safety concerns and increased the appeal of the playground area for younger children and their parents.
